KRAVAN is proud to announce a new collaboration with XIN HAI TONG CLOTHING (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., a garment manufacturing facility located in Phnom Penh. We have been entrusted to supply and install a fixed PVC curtain system for one of the factory’s key doorways—an important step toward enhancing the overall working environment.
This PVC curtain system is designed for constant protection, featuring high-quality PVC strips that are 200mm wide with a 50mm overlap. This configuration not only forms an effective barrier against dust and insects, but also ensures that access through the doorway remains easy and uninterrupted. Workers and equipment can pass through smoothly, as the flexible strips part on contact and return to position automatically—making it ideal for a high-traffic production area.
In total, the curtain system covers 10 doorways, amounting to a combined area of 86 square meters. It has been custom-fitted to match the dimensions of the factory’s entrance points, ensuring full coverage and maximum efficiency.
One of the key goals of this project is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production zone. By reducing dust and blocking insects, the curtain helps protect product quality and creates a more pleasant and safe workspace for the employees.
Another significant benefit of this installation is its ability to minimize cold air loss from air-conditioned zones. In a climate as warm as Cambodia’s, maintaining indoor temperature is essential. With this curtain system in place, XIN HAI TONG can better preserve cool air, resulting in improved energy efficiency and potentially lower cooling costs.
