KRAVAN was honored to be selected as the sub-contractor for Blue Ladder Co., LTD to supply and install high-speed doors for RMA Automotive (Cambodia). This project is located at National Road 5, Anlong Tnaot Commune, Krakor District, Pursat Province, Cambodia. RMA Automotive is a renowned factory specializing in assembling and installing vehicles for the globally recognized Ford brand. Being chosen for such a significant project reflects KRAVAN’s capability to deliver quality products and services that meet the needs of a high-standard industry like automotive manufacturing.
The main objective of this installation is to equip a darkroom used for car lighting tests with two high-speed doors. These doors are designed with blue PVC tarpaulin, measuring 1.2mm in thickness, which ensures 100% blockage of sunlight. This feature is crucial for creating a completely dark environment required for accurate and effective testing of vehicle lighting systems. The precision offered by such a controlled environment plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of the vehicles being manufactured at the factory. This demonstrates how innovative solutions can directly support the production of high-quality automotive products.
Another key feature of these high-speed doors is their ability to open and close at a rapid speed. This significantly enhances the productivity of the production line by reducing waiting times and ensuring smooth transitions between processes. RMA Automotive also had a special requirement for remote-controlled operation of the doors. By incorporating this feature, staff can operate the doors conveniently without leaving their vehicles. This not only saves time but also adds to the overall efficiency of the factory’s workflow. It allows employees to focus more on their tasks without interruptions, ultimately improving the overall output of the production line.
