Sliding PVC Curtain

1. Detailed information about the Sliding PVC curtains

1.1 Concept: 

Sliding PVC curtains are seamless plastic curtain products that consist of PVC panels and various accessories. These curtains can be easily slid on rails or retracted to one side, similar to regular fabric curtains.

1.2 Uses: 

• PVC panels have a high level of tightness, leaving no gaps and giving the appearance of a glass door. This makes PVC sliding curtains highly effective for various purposes, especially in comparison to other types of plastic curtains. 
• They are commonly used to prevent water and splashes, as PVC plastic is waterproof, flexible, and durable, creating a barrier between wet and dry areas. This is particularly useful in car wash garages, where customers can comfortably observe the staff without worrying about getting dirty. Moreover, the transparent PVC panels also provide good visibility, making the garage look more professional and tidy. 
• These curtains are also effective in preventing rain on balconies, terraces, garden cafes, eateries, and restaurants. The transparent panels create an airy feeling while still maintaining good visibility. 
• In addition, PVC sliding curtains can also prevent temperature loss and dust. When closed, they function like a tight door, preventing cold air from escaping and keeping dust and insects out. 3. Operating Principle

PVC panels are precisely measured and cut from large PVC rolls. They are then welded to the desired size for the customer or project. 

The PVC plastic sheet is reinforced with riveted straps to increase the load-bearing capacity of the curtain and prevent tearing during repeated sliding. The panels are then attached to wheels and slide along reinforced rails that are fixed to the wall. This allows the PVC sliding curtains to be pulled back to a corner when not in use, saving space.
