In an effort to enhance their operational efficiency and maintain high production standards, they recently collaborated with KRAVAN to install five air curtains in their factory. These air curtains serve multiple crucial functions. First, they help prevent insects from entering the production area by creating a strong, invisible barrier of air. This barrier is so effective that it stops insects from flying through, thereby maintaining a cleaner and more controlled environment.
Additionally, the air curtains play a vital role in limiting cold air loss. By generating a powerful artificial wind flow at a speed of 21 meters per second, which is faster than typical winds, the air curtains create an invisible wall that separates the indoor environment from the outside. This prevents the cold air inside the factory from mixing with the warmer air outside, thereby reducing energy costs and maintaining a stable internal temperature.
Another significant benefit of the air curtains is their ability to block dust and mold. Dust and mold particles are often present in the air, but the air curtain’s wind barrier effectively stops these particles from entering the factory. When the air stream created by the curtain meets dust and mold, these particles are blown away or prevented from entering the production area.
Once KRAVAN completed the installation of the air curtains, CAMBO UNISOLL was extremely pleased with the results. The air curtains proved to be highly effective in improving the factory’s operational conditions by reducing insect intrusion, minimizing cold air loss, and keeping dust and mold at bay. This positive outcome not only enhanced the factory’s efficiency but also contributed to a better working environment, aligning with CAMBO UNISOLL’s commitment to high standards and employee welfare.
