Dynamic Group Limited Co., Ltd, located at Phum Prek Kampeus, S/K Prek Kampeus, Khan Dong Kor, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, has selected KRAVAN PVC Curtain to install and supply PVC Magnetic Sliding Systems for their access door. Previously, they had installed a PVC fixed system, but encountered challenges as the system did not fully address issues such as inefficient access for forklifts and inadequate sealing against cold air loss. The fixed PVC curtains could not close completely due to the high door height, which allowed strong external air to affect the internal environment.
After thoroughly understanding the issues and concerns, our technical team, in collaboration with the owner, proposed an innovative solution combining PVC magnetic and sliding systems—an approach previously untried. This new design aims to achieve nearly 100% closure with the PVC magnetic system, effectively minimizing cold air loss, and preventing dust and insect ingress. The sliding system enhances door functionality, making it easier to open fully for forklift access during material handling, thus improving operational efficiency. The PVC sheets, each 300mm wide with magnetic connections, facilitate effortless passage without needing to slide open the entire door, saving time, reducing electricity consumption for air conditioning, and extending the life of machinery.
After discussions, KRAVAN provided a final drawing for client approval. The project, covering an area of 20.91 m², was completed in a single day with minimal disruption to the client’s production process. The client was highly satisfied with the product’s performance and efficiency.
